Enquiries
Even if a product is not available for purchase in the webshop, Sellvio offers a feature called "Enquiry" to help retain potential buyers.
If a product is visible but not purchasable, the system replaces the "Add to Cart" button with an "I'm interested" button.
When customers click the "I'm interested" button, Sellvio opens a window that allows them to send an enquiry about the product. This creates a query in the system.
Later, when the product becomes available, the system automatically sends an email notification to inform the customer that the product is now in stock and can be purchased from the webshop.
The Enquiries Administration Screen can be accessed from the administrative sidebar under Webshop → Enquiries.
